Description

This market focuses on predicting whether either Edmonton or Los Angeles will dominate the first period of their NHL game scheduled for October 13, 2026, by winning by more than one goal. It specifically tracks the performance and scoring dynamics within the opening period of the match, ignoring later periods or overtime scenarios.

Kalshi

The event determines whether either Edmonton or Los Angeles secures a victory by more than a 1.5 goal margin in the first period of their NHL game scheduled for October 13, 2026. If either team achieves this margin, the respective market resolves to Yes; otherwise, it resolves to No. For scheduling disruptions, if the game is postponed but starts within 48 hours of the original time, the market remains active and resolves based on the official result. If the game is cancelled or does not start within 48 hours of the scheduled time, all markets resolve to a fair price. Overtime in the third period is excluded from consideration for these markets.
