This market refers to the combination of the pre-match coin toss and the final match result for the cricket match between Sweden Women and Austria Women scheduled for October 18 2026 at 7:00 AM ET in ECA Women's European Cup T20. The outcome corresponding to Sweden Women will be considered correct if Sweden Women is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. The outcome corresponding to Austria Women will be considered correct if Austria Women is officially recorded as winning both the toss and the match. In all other cases - including where the toss and match winners differ, or where no match winner is recorded - the market will resolve to "Draw". DLS/DRS adjustments, over-rate penalties, forfeit/walkover, Super Over, or any other on-field ruling that leads the competition to declare a match winner are treated as ordinary wins. If the match ends tied and the playing conditions provide an on-field tiebreak (e.g., Super Over), the tiebreak winner will be considered the match winner for this market. If the match ends tied with no tiebreak used or available, no team will be considered to have won the match and the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is permanently canceled, abandoned, or otherwise completed without an official match winner being declared, the market will resolve to "Draw". If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed and will then resolve as described above.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and new information emerges, the price adjusts to reflect the collective intelligence of the crowd. The current price indicates the market's expectation of which team will win the toss, and changes in price signal shifts in that expectation.
This market resolves around Oct 25, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result of the toss – which team wins – will be used to determine the winning shares. The resolution will be based on the official result announced by the tournament organizers, ensuring a transparent and verifiable outcome. Traders holding shares in the winning outcome will be entitled to a payout, while those holding shares in the losing outcome will not.
Several factors could influence the price of this market. Any news regarding team form, player availability, or pitch conditions could shift trader sentiment. Unexpected weather forecasts impacting the match could also play a role. Even general news about the teams or the tournament could cause fluctuations. Ultimately, any information that alters the perceived probability of either team winning the toss has the potential to move this market significantly before Oct 25, 2026.
