In the upcoming Ligue 2 game between Dijon Football Côte d'Or and Red Star FC, scheduled for November 6, 2026 at 2:00 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Dijon Football Côte d'Or vs. Red Star FC match originally scheduled for November 6, 2026 at 2:00 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Generally, prediction market odds often reflect a 'wisdom of the crowd' effect, potentially differing from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and need to account for profit margins. This market, however, is driven purely by individuals’ willingness to buy or sell, theoretically leading to more accurate probabilities. It’s common to see discrepancies, especially when public sentiment strongly diverges from the sportsbook’s initial assessment. Analyzing these differences can reveal interesting insights into where the crowd believes the value lies.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous trading mechanism where users buy and sell shares representing their belief in the probability of a specific exact score. As more people buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, reflecting a higher perceived likelihood. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of each share effectively represents the probability of that outcome occurring, and traders adjust their positions based on new information and their own analysis. This dynamic pricing ensures the market reflects the collective intelligence of its participants.
This market resolves around Nov 6, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will be based on the exact final score of the game, as reported by official sources. Any disputes regarding the result will be handled according to Polymarket’s standard procedures for verifying event outcomes.

Any news regarding injuries to key players on either the Dijon or Red Star squad would likely have a significant impact. Unexpected announcements about player availability or changes in the coaching staff could also trigger shifts in sentiment. Monitoring these signals will be crucial for understanding how this market evolves.
