Description

This set of markets focuses on the total number of goals scored in the first period of the same game. Bettors can choose whether they expect more than 0.5, 1.5, or 2.5 goals to be scored in that period.

Kalshi

Markets resolve based on the total goals scored by both teams in the first period of the Detroit vs Seattle NHL game scheduled for Oct 20, 2026. The Over 0.5 goals market resolves to Yes if at least one goal is scored. The Over 1.5 goals market resolves to Yes if at least two goals are scored. The Over 2.5 goals market resolves to Yes if at least three goals are scored. Only goals scored during the first period count. If the game is postponed but begins within 48 hours of the original start time, markets remain open and resolve based on the official result. If the game is cancelled or not started within 48 hours, all markets resolve to a fair price.
