PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

Both Polymarket and Predict use identical resolution criteria, focusing solely on goals scored in the second half of regular play plus stoppage time, with the same fallback procedures for data sourcing.Primary resolution logic: Official match statistics, with fallback to Flashscore, then Sofascore, then consensus reporting.

Core resolution logic:

  • The team scoring more goals in the second half (including stoppage time) wins.
  • If both teams score the same number of goals in the second half, the market resolves to a draw.
  • The market remains open if the game is postponed.
  • If the game is canceled, the market resolves to a draw.

Edge cases & clarifications:

  • No Goals in Second Half: If no goals are scored in the second half, the market will resolve to a draw.
  • Data Source Discrepancies: If discrepancies exist between the official source and fallback sources, the official source prevails. If the official source is unavailable within 2 hours, the fallback sources are used in the specified order.
Timing: Resolution will occur within 24 hours of the conclusion of the second half, or as soon as official statistics are available, whichever is later. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours, the market will resolve 50-50, or to 'Draw' where applicable. Our PredictionHero Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA) are there to help users identify potential differences across platforms. They do not replace or supersede the official rules and description of any prediction market. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable rules and resolution criteria before placing any trade or bet. If you notice a potential inconsistency, discrepancy, or error in an alert, please report it to our team so we can review and improve the accuracy of our data.
