All contracts are designated as protected. If Nikola Jokić enters the game during the first half but does not re-enter after the first half concludes—including any overtime—this contract resolves to the fair price set before the game starts, unless he meets or exceeds the required rebound threshold, in which case it settles based on actual statistics. If Jokić enters the game after the first half ends, the contract settles based on actual statistics regardless of his first-half participation. Notably, injury status, an injury designation, or being ruled out are not prerequisites for applying the protection rules. Kalshi clarifies it holds no official affiliation with the governing league, and all trademarks remain property of their respective owners.
