On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market’s price is driven entirely by supply and demand; traders who believe an outcome is more likely will bid up the price of shares representing that outcome, while those who believe it’s less likely will offer shares for sale.
