Frequently asked questions

Often, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines to balance their risk and ensure profit, incorporating a 'vig' or commission. This market, however, is driven purely by the collective wisdom of traders who are incentivized to accurately forecast the outcome. As a result, the implied probabilities from Polymarket may diverge from sportsbook lines, potentially reflecting information or analysis not fully captured by bookmakers. It’s common to see discrepancies, especially when public sentiment strongly favors one outcome.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the likelihood of a particular outcome. The price of these shares directly reflects the implied probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders who believe an outcome is likely, the higher the share price will climb, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market odds constantly adjust to incorporate new information and changing sentiment regarding the Danylov vs. Urezchenko match.

This market resolves around Nov 5, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result will be based on the official result of the Danylov vs. Urezchenko match, as reported by the governing sports body. The platform will then verify the outcome against these sources to determine which shares will pay out. Traders holding shares in the winning outcome will receive a payout, while those holding shares in losing outcomes will not. This ensures a transparent and objective resolution process.

Several factors could influence the price movement of this market before Nov 5, 2026. Any news regarding player injuries, changes in coaching strategies, or even weather conditions could shift trader sentiment. Unexpected results in other matches involving either Danylov Anton or Urezchenko Yurii might also impact predictions.
