Description

This set of markets tracks how many goals are scored in the third period of an NHL hockey game between Dallas and Buffalo. Each market corresponds to a different threshold for the total number of goals scored by both teams combined during that specific period. The outcomes depend on whether the actual goal count exceeds the specified threshold.

Kalshi

These markets resolve based on the total number of goals scored by both teams in the third period of the Dallas vs Buffalo NHL game scheduled for October 8, 2026. Each market has a distinct threshold (0.5, 1.5, or 2.5 goals), and the market resolves to 'Yes' if the combined goals exceed that threshold. Importantly, goals scored in overtime do not count toward any of these markets. If the game is postponed but starts within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, the markets remain active and resolve based on the official result. If the game is cancelled or does not start within 48 hours of the scheduled time, all markets resolve to a fair price, ensuring equitable treatment for all participants.
