Kalshi

All markets resolve based on the number of goals scored by Cyprus after 90 minutes plus stoppage time, excluding extra time and penalties. A goal count above the specified threshold (0.5, 1.5, or 2.5) results in a 'Yes' resolution for that market. Own goals count toward the team awarded the goal. The match must complete the regulation time for resolution; cancellations or rescheduling beyond 48 hours will result in fair price resolution.
