Kalshi

Markets resolve based on the first-half winner after 45 minutes plus stoppage time. If Cyprus scores more goals than Latvia in the first half, the 'Cyprus wins 1st Half' market resolves to 'Yes.' If Latvia scores more, the 'Latvia wins 1st Half' market resolves to 'Yes.' If both teams score equally or no goals are scored, the 'Tie 1st Half' market resolves to 'Yes.' Cancellations or rescheduling beyond 48 hours lead to fair price resolution.
