However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of bettors, potentially differing from sportsbook odds which may be influenced by house biases or limits on betting volume. Sportsbooks typically set odds to maximize profit, while this market relies on traders directly expressing their beliefs about the probability of each exact score. Historically, prediction markets have demonstrated an ability to generate forecasts that are as accurate, or even more accurate, than those from traditional polling or expert analysis, but it’s important to remember that both represent probabilities, not guarantees.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the probability of each exact score. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and express their views, the prices adjust to reflect the evolving consensus. The market's price discovery process is driven by supply and demand for these shares, creating a dynamic and real-time assessment of the potential result of the Guatemalan soccer match.
This market resolves around Oct 18, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score of the CSD Mixco versus CSD Cobán Imperial match will be used to determine the winning outcome. The platform will rely on official sources to verify the result and settle the market accordingly. Traders should monitor official announcements to stay informed about the event’s progress and ensure a smooth resolution process for this market.
Several signals could influence trading activity in this market before Oct 18, 2026.
