This market refers to which team's player records the highest individual run total in the cricket match between USA and Namibia scheduled for October 13 2026 at 11:00 AM ET in Cricket World Cup League 2. The outcome corresponding to USA will be considered correct if the highest individual score in the match is recorded exclusively by a player from USA. The outcome corresponding to Namibia will be considered correct if the highest individual score is recorded exclusively by a player from Namibia. If the highest individual score is shared by at least one player from each team, the market will resolve to Draw. The market will resolve according to which team's player records the highest individual run total regardless of if the match is not competed (e.g. Due to weather conditions). DLS/DRS adjustments and any other on-field rulings affecting batting statistics are treated as ordinary data. If the match is permanently canceled, abandoned, or otherwise completed without official batting statistics being recorded, the market will resolve Draw. If the match is postponed or rescheduled, the market remains open until the listed fixture is completed and official statistics are available.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each player being the top batter. As more shares are purchased for a particular player, the price of those shares increases, reflecting a higher implied probability of that outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price movement is driven by supply and demand, with traders adjusting their positions based on new information and their own analysis of the match. The market's liquidity and volume influence how quickly prices respond to changes in sentiment.
This market resolves around Oct 20, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The official match results, as reported by recognized cricket authorities, will serve as the basis for determining the winning player and settling this market. No further details are available regarding the specifics of outcome verification.
Several factors could influence the odds in this market. Any news regarding player form, injuries, or changes to the team lineup would likely cause significant shifts. Weather conditions on match day could also play a role, as they can affect batting performance. Furthermore, expert analysis and predictions from cricket commentators could sway market sentiment. Finally, large trades on Polymarket by informed bettors could also drive price movements, especially if they signal a strong conviction about a particular player’s chances of success.
