All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect a wisdom-of-the-crowd perspective, often differing from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines to balance action and ensure profit, incorporating a margin for themselves. This market, however, is driven purely by traders’ willingness to buy or sell, theoretically leading to more accurate probabilities, assuming sufficient participation. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or simply the dynamics of each venue. It's common to see prediction markets react more quickly to new information than sportsbooks.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores. The price of each share reflects the market’s collective belief about the probability of that score occurring. As more traders participate, the price adjusts to reflect new information and changing sentiment. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market's price movements are driven by supply and demand—if many traders believe a particular score is likely, they will buy shares, driving up the price, and vice versa.
This market resolves around Nov 8, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official result of the Cray Wanderers vs. Stockport County match—the exact score—will determine the winning shares. Resolution relies on publicly available data, ensuring transparency and accuracy. Traders should monitor official sources for the confirmed result to understand the final payout for this market.
Several factors could influence trading activity in this market. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in player lineups, or weather conditions affecting the match could shift expectations and impact prices. Unexpected announcements related to team form or tactical changes could also drive movement. Furthermore, significant bets from influential traders or large volume spikes could indicate shifts in sentiment and cause the market to react. Monitoring these signals can help traders assess potential opportunities before Nov 8, 2026.
