All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their odds, which represents their profit margin. This market, driven by the collective wisdom of traders on Polymarket, aims to reflect the true probability of each outcome. While sportsbook odds might initially appear different, they often converge as more information becomes available and the event draws nearer. It's worthwhile to compare both to form a well-rounded expectation for the match.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each exact score outcome. As more shares are traded, the price of each share fluctuates, reflecting the changing consensus. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price movement is driven by supply and demand – if many traders believe a particular score is likely, the price of shares representing that outcome will increase. Conversely, if traders doubt an outcome, the price will fall. This creates a dynamic, real-time assessment of probabilities.
This market resolves around Oct 10, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the final, official result of the Vasco da Gama vs. Remo match is verifiable from credible public reporting. The exact score at the end of regulation time will determine the winning outcome in this market. Any extra time or penalty shootouts will not be considered. The resolution will be based on the official score reported by the governing sporting body, ensuring a transparent and verifiable result for all traders participating in this market.
