The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different possible outcomes. The price of each share directly reflects the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As traders exchange shares, the prices adjust, creating a dynamic and real-time assessment of the likelihood of each exact first-half score. The more shares purchased for a specific score, the higher its price, and therefore the higher the implied probability. This creates a fluid market where opinions are constantly reflected in the pricing.
This market resolves around Oct 24, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score at the end of the first half of the Coventry City FC versus Fulham FC match will determine the winning outcome. Resolution will depend on official data sources confirming the exact score at the half-time whistle. Any delays or issues with official reporting may affect the resolution timeline, but the aim is to settle the market as quickly and accurately as possible following the conclusion of the first half.
Several factors could influence trading activity in this market before resolution. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in starting lineups, or even weather conditions could shift the perceived probabilities. Unexpected pre-match analysis or expert opinions could also impact trading volume and price movements. Furthermore, significant betting activity in traditional sportsbooks might draw attention to this market and influence trader behavior. As the match approaches, real-time updates and any in-game events during the first half itself would be key catalysts for price changes.
