This market refers to the Counter-Strike Elimination match between STATE and Elite Klan in the United21 Group D, initially scheduled for October 3, 2026 at 6:30 AM ET. This market will resolve to "STATE" if STATE win the match against Elite Klan. This market will resolve to "Elite Klan" if Elite Klan win the match against STATE. If the match is canceled (not played at all) or ends in a tie, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match is postponed, it must be rescheduled to a start time on or before October 17, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (14 calendar days after the originally scheduled start of October 3, 2026 at 6:30 AM ET). If, by that deadline, the most recently announced rescheduled start time is on or before the deadline, this market resolves based on the result of the match as played. Otherwise, this market resolves 50-50, regardless of whether the match is subsequently played. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. While sportsbooks set initial lines based on statistical models and expert analysis, this market allows anyone to express their belief about the outcome, leading to odds that can diverge from those found at sportsbooks. These differences can arise from varying information access, biases, or simply differing interpretations of the teams’ strengths and weaknesses. Observing these discrepancies can be valuable for informed decision-making.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the probability of a particular outcome. As more shares are purchased for a specific outcome, its price increases, reflecting a higher perceived likelihood. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring, making it a straightforward way to gauge market sentiment. The current price reflects the aggregate assessment of all traders participating in this market.
This market resolves around Oct 3, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the result of the Counter-Strike: STATE vs Elite Klan best-of-three match is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official match results published by the tournament organizer, United21, and will reflect which team ultimately wins the series. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings based on the final outcome and the shares they hold in the winning outcome.
Several factors could influence the price of this market before resolution. Unexpected news regarding player form, such as injuries or roster changes for either STATE or Elite Klan, could significantly shift expectations. In-game performance during the series itself, like a dominant performance by one team in the first map, would also likely cause rapid price adjustments. Finally, any widely publicized analysis from respected CS:GO commentators or analysts could impact market sentiment and trading activity, leading to changes in the odds.
