This market refers to the Counter-Strike match between Ground Zero and Off Chops in the DFRAG Invitational Group A, initially scheduled for October 25, 2026 at 11:00 PM ET. This market will resolve to "Ground Zero" if Ground Zero win the match against Off Chops. This market will resolve to "Off Chops" if Off Chops win the match against Ground Zero. If the match is canceled (not played at all) or ends in a tie, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match is postponed, it must be rescheduled to a start time on or before November 8, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (14 calendar days after the originally scheduled start of October 25, 2026 at 11:00 PM ET). If, by that deadline, the most recently announced rescheduled start time is on or before the deadline, this market resolves based on the result of the match as played. Otherwise, this market resolves 50-50, regardless of whether the match is subsequently played. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Often, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks may set initial lines based on team rankings and expert analysis, but this market allows anyone to trade on their beliefs, potentially leading to odds that more accurately represent the true probability of each outcome. Discrepancies can arise due to differing levels of information, biases, or simply a larger and more diverse pool of participants influencing the price here. It’s common to see this market adjust rapidly as new information becomes available.
On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell contracts representing each possible outcome. The price of each contract reflects the market’s collective assessment of its probability. As more traders participate and place orders, the prices adjust dynamically, converging towards what the market believes is the fair value. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The current price indicates the implied probability of a particular team winning, and traders aim to profit by identifying discrepancies between their own assessment and the market price.
This market resolves around Oct 26, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the best-of-three series between Counter-Strike: Ground Zero and Off Chops at the DFRAG Invitational Group A. The team that wins the majority of the maps played will be declared the winner, and that outcome will determine the settlement of this market. Traders will be able to claim their winnings once the result is officially confirmed.
Several factors could influence the price of this market before it resolves. Any news regarding team rosters, player form, or strategic changes could shift trader sentiment. Unexpected results in other matches at the DFRAG Invitational, or even broader developments in the Counter-Strike competitive scene, could also have an impact. Major upsets or dominant performances by either Ground Zero or Off Chops in their preceding matches would likely cause significant price movement. Ultimately, any information that alters perceptions of each team’s chances of winning could move this market.
