This market refers to the Counter-Strike Upper Bracket Quarterfinal 1 match between BIG and PRIVATE in the 1win Private Club #2 Playoffs, initially scheduled for October 19, 2026 at 5:00 AM ET. This market will resolve to "BIG" if BIG win the match against PRIVATE. This market will resolve to "PRIVATE" if PRIVATE win the match against BIG. If the match is canceled (not played at all) or ends in a tie, this market will resolve to 50-50. If the match is postponed, it must be rescheduled to a start time on or before November 2, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (14 calendar days after the originally scheduled start of October 19, 2026 at 5:00 AM ET). If, by that deadline, the most recently announced rescheduled start time is on or before the deadline, this market resolves based on the result of the match as played. Otherwise, this market resolves 50-50, regardless of whether the match is subsequently played. If the match begins but is not completed, and one team wins due to the opponent's forfeiture, disqualification, or walkover, this market will resolve to the team who wins. If the match ends in a forfeit, disqualification, or walkover (team withdraws before the start and the other wins automatically), this market will resolve to 50-50. The resolution source for this market will be official information from https://hltv.org. However, if https://hltv.org has not published final results within 2 hours after the event’s conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead including video evidence. In cases where a team’s listed name includes minor discrepancies from the resolution source, this market will resolve based on the underlying real-world match rather than exact name matching. Recognizable abbreviations, alternate or erroneous spellings, sponsor tags, affiliate or academy designations, regional identifiers, and minor formatting differences will be treated as referring to the same team, provided the intended team can be clearly and uniquely identified within the relevant competition. If a listed team name has no reasonable connection to any participating team, or if it matches or could reasonably refer to another team in the same competition such that the intended team cannot be unambiguously determined, this market will resolve 50-50.

Often, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than those found at traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and aim to balance action on both sides, while this market reflects the collective wisdom of traders. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, risk assessments, or simply varying levels of public interest. If there's a significant difference, it might indicate that the crowd believes a sportsbook has mispriced the probability of a particular outcome in the BIG vs PRIVATE CS2 match.
On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders can buy and sell contracts representing different outcomes. The price of each contract fluctuates based on supply and demand, reflecting the collective belief of participants about the likelihood of each outcome. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. This dynamic pricing mechanism allows the market to quickly incorporate new information and adjust probabilities as the event approaches. The current price shows what traders are willing to pay to bet on a specific result in the BIG vs PRIVATE CS2 match.
This market resolves around Oct 19, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The result will be determined by the official outcome of the best-of-three Counter-Strike match between BIG and PRIVATE in the 1win Private Club #2 Playoffs. The platform will verify the result against publicly available sources to ensure accuracy and fairness. Traders will then be paid out based on whether their predicted outcome matches the actual result of the match.
Several factors could influence the price of this market before Oct 19, 2026. Any news regarding player form, team strategies, or potential roster changes for either BIG or PRIVATE could shift trader sentiment. Unexpected results in other matches leading up to the playoffs could also impact perceptions of each team’s strength. Major upsets or dominant performances in preliminary rounds could cause significant price movements. Even social media buzz or influential analyst opinions could contribute to shifts in this market.
