Often, prediction market odds reflect a wisdom-of-the-crowd effect, potentially differing from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and aim to balance action on both sides, while this market represents the aggregated beliefs of individual traders. If there's a significant discrepancy, it could indicate that the market perceives information differently than sportsbooks, or that one venue has access to unique insights. It's common to see prediction markets move faster to incorporate new information than traditional betting venues, but this is not always the case.
