Description

This market focuses on determining which team will finish the third period of an NHL game between Columbus and Philadelphia as the leader in goals scored during that specific period. The outcome depends solely on the performance of the teams during the third period, excluding any overtime play.

Kalshi

The market resolves based on which team leads in goals scored during the third period (excluding overtime) of the specified NHL game. If Philadelphia finishes the third period with more goals than Columbus, the Philadelphia market resolves to Yes. Conversely, if Columbus finishes the third period with more goals than Philadelphia, the Columbus market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of goals during the third period, the Tie market resolves to Yes. For all markets, only goals scored during the third period itself count; overtime goals are excluded from consideration. If the game is postponed but starts within 48 hours of its original scheduled time, the market remains open and resolves based on the official result. If the game is cancelled or does not start within 48 hours of the scheduled time, all markets resolve to a fair price.
