This market tracks which team will lead after the first period of an NHL hockey game between Columbus and Minnesota. It focuses solely on the performance during the initial segment of play, ignoring the rest of the game’s outcome. The result depends on the points earned in that specific period, with special provisions for game delays or cancellations.
The market resolves based on which team leads after the first period of the Columbus vs Minnesota NHL game scheduled for October 18, 2026. If Minnesota scores more goals than Columbus in the first period, the 'Minnesota' market resolves to Yes. If Columbus scores more goals than Minnesota in the first period, the 'Columbus' market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of goals in the first period, the 'Tie' market resolves to Yes. Only goals scored during the first period count toward determining the outcome. If the game is postponed but starts within 48 hours of its original scheduled time, the market remains open and resolves based on the official result after the first period. If the game is cancelled or does not start within 48 hours of its scheduled time, all markets resolve to a fair price.
