Bettors can predict the exact winner of the third period, including the possibility of a tie. The resolution depends entirely on which team scores more goals during that period, again excluding overtime scenarios.

Kalshi

Markets resolve based on whether Dallas, Columbus, or neither team (tie) wins the 3rd period. Only goals scored during the 3rd period (excluding overtime) count toward the outcome. If the game is postponed but begins within 48 hours of its originally scheduled start time, the market remains open and resolves based on the official final result. If the game is cancelled or not started within 48 hours of its originally scheduled start, all markets resolve to a fair price.
