Typically, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often incorporate a 'vig' or commission into their lines, while this market reflects the pure collective wisdom of traders. You may find that this market’s implied probabilities diverge from those offered by sportsbooks, potentially indicating where the crowd believes there is value or mispricing. It’s common to see prediction markets outperform traditional odds, especially when a large number of informed traders participate in this market.
On Predict, this market is priced through a continuous order book where traders buy and sell contracts representing different outcomes. The price of each contract fluctuates based on supply and demand, directly reflecting the collective predictions of users. On Predict, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The more traders believe an outcome is likely, the higher the price of its corresponding contract will rise. This creates a dynamic pricing mechanism that continuously updates as new information becomes available and traders adjust their beliefs about the Colts-Steelers game.
This market resolves around Oct 11, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting.
