This market focuses on predicting which team will lead at the end of the first half in an upcoming professional soccer match. It allows participants to speculate on whether one team will outscore the other or if the half will end in a tie based on goals scored within the first 45 minutes plus any added stoppage time.

Kalshi

The markets resolve based on the scoring outcome of the first half of the specified MLS soccer match between Colorado and Chicago Fire. If Colorado scores more goals than Chicago in the first half, including any stoppage time, the 'Colorado wins 1st Half' market resolves positively. Conversely, if Chicago scores more goals, the 'Chicago Fire wins 1st Half' market resolves. Should both teams score an equal number of goals—or none at all—the 'Tie 1st Half' market resolves. If the match is canceled or rescheduled to more than 48 hours beyond the original date, all markets will resolve at a fair price as determined by the platform.
