Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance action, while this market allows traders to freely adjust probabilities based on their own research and insights. If a significant discrepancy exists between the two, it might indicate that the market perceives information differently than the sportsbook, or that one venue has more liquidity. It’s common to see prediction markets more accurately forecast event outcomes, especially when there's substantial volume.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores. The price of each share reflects the market's implied probability of that outcome occurring. As more traders participate, the prices adjust to reflect the collective assessment of the likelihood of each result. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market’s price movements are driven by supply and demand, with higher demand pushing prices up and lower demand pushing them down. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market remains responsive to new information.
This market resolves around Oct 25, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the final score of the Switchbacks vs. Tulsa match is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result declared by the league organizers. The market will determine which exact score was the final result of the game, and shares corresponding to that outcome will pay out. It is important to note that the resolution process relies on publicly available and verifiable information to ensure accuracy and fairness.
Several factors could influence the price of shares in this market. Any news regarding player injuries, changes in team formations, or weather conditions could shift trader sentiment. Unexpected announcements about team strategy or coaching decisions might also impact the probabilities. Furthermore, in-game events during other matches involving these teams could indirectly affect perceptions of their relative strengths. Significant betting activity or large trades on Polymarket could also cause noticeable price movements as traders react to new information or attempt to capitalize on perceived mispricings.
