In the upcoming MLS game between Colorado Rapids SC and San Jose Earthquakes, scheduled for October 10, 2026 at 9:30 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the Colorado Rapids SC vs. San Jose Earthquakes match originally scheduled for October 10, 2026 at 9:30 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the actual score is not one of the explicitly listed outcomes, the market resolves to "Any Other Score." If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds offer a different perspective than those found at sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often include a 'vig' or commission, which influences their odds, while this market relies on the collective wisdom of traders. If a significant discrepancy exists between the implied probability on Predict and sportsbook odds, it might indicate that the market believes the sportsbook is mispricing the likelihood of a particular outcome. However, it’s important to remember that both represent different forms of forecasting, and neither is always perfectly accurate.
This market resolves around Oct 11, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the final score of the Colorado Rapids vs. Earthquakes match is verifiable from credible public reporting. The exact score determined by official sources will be used to determine which contracts pay out. Traders who correctly predicted the final score will receive a payout based on the contract's price at resolution. It’s important to monitor the event closely as it approaches the resolution date to ensure you understand the potential outcomes.
Several factors could influence this market before resolution. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either the Colorado Rapids or the San Jose Earthquakes would likely cause significant movement. Changes in team form, tactical adjustments, or even weather conditions on match day could also impact trader sentiment. Unexpected announcements about coaching changes or significant team news could also shift the probabilities. Monitoring sports news and team updates will be crucial for understanding potential catalysts for price changes in this market.
