Frequently asked questions

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from those offered by sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance their risk, while this market allows traders to freely adjust probabilities based on their own research and insights. If a significant number of traders believe a sportsbook is undervaluing or overvaluing the likelihood of both teams scoring, the odds on Limitless will move accordingly. This can create opportunities for informed traders to find value discrepancies and potentially profit from those differences in assessment.

On Limitless, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell contracts representing their belief in the probability of both Club Brugge KV and Lens scoring. As more traders participate, the price of these contracts fluctuates, reflecting the collective prediction. On Limitless, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price effectively represents the market's estimated probability of the event occurring, and traders aim to profit by accurately predicting the outcome. The current price indicates what the market as a whole believes is the fair chance of both teams finding the net.

This market resolves around Oct 22, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will be based on whether both Club Brugge KV and Lens score at least one goal during the match. Official match data will be used to determine if both teams have scored, and the result will be reflected in the market's final settlement. Several factors could influence this market leading up to and during the match. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Club Brugge KV or Lens would likely cause significant movement. Changes in weather conditions, such as heavy rain or strong winds, could also impact the perceived likelihood of goals being scored. Furthermore, the performance of both teams in their preceding matches, tactical changes announced by the managers, and even early game events like a red card or penalty could all contribute to shifts in the market’s price.
