Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from those offered by traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks often set initial lines to balance their risk, while this market allows anyone to trade on their beliefs. If a significant number of participants believe a particular score is more likely than sportsbooks suggest, the odds on Polymarket will adjust accordingly. This can lead to discrepancies, with prediction markets sometimes offering more accurate probabilities, especially as the event approaches and more information becomes available. It’s a fascinating comparison of different forecasting approaches.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous trading mechanism where participants buy and sell shares representing different exact scores. The price of each share reflects the market's collective assessment of the probability of that score occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more trades occur, the prices adjust, providing a dynamic and real-time estimate of the likely outcome. The market is driven entirely by supply and demand; if many traders buy shares in a particular score, its price will increase, indicating higher confidence in that result. This creates a fluid and responsive pricing system.
This market resolves around Oct 17, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official score of the Club Atletico La Paz versus Tlaxcala FC match will determine the winning share(s). The resolution will be based on the score reported by official sources and widely accepted as accurate. Traders holding shares in the correct exact score will be entitled to a payout based on the market’s pricing at the time of resolution. It’s important to monitor official sources as the match progresses to understand the potential outcomes.
Several factors could influence the price action in this market. Any news regarding team injuries, changes in coaching staff, or unexpected weather conditions could shift trader sentiment. Significant pre-match analysis from sports analysts, or even public opinion expressed on social media, could also play a role. Furthermore, as the match day approaches, any updates on player form or tactical approaches could lead to adjustments in the odds. Unexpected events during the match itself, such as early goals or red cards, would also significantly impact the market.
