If Cleveland scores more runs in the 8th inning, the Cleveland market resolves to Yes. If Tampa Bay scores more runs in the same inning, the Tampa Bay market resolves to Yes. If neither team scores more runs than the other—or if the game is called before the 8th inning is completed—the Tie market resolves to Yes. Only runs scored during the 8th inning count, and the market will resolve to a Fair Price if the game ends before the inning is fully completed.
