Description

This market focuses on determining which team will score more runs specifically during the bottom of the ninth inning of a scheduled baseball game between Cleveland and Los Angeles. It captures the excitement and strategic shifts that often occur in the final inning, where late-game tactics and key plays can dramatically change the outcome.

Kalshi

The market resolves based solely on the number of runs scored by each team during the 9th inning of the specified Cleveland vs Los Angeles A professional baseball game. If Cleveland scores more runs in the 9th inning, that market resolves to Yes. If Los Angeles A scores more runs in the same inning, its corresponding market resolves to Yes. If both teams score an equal number of runs in the 9th inning, the tie market resolves to Yes. Should the game be called early before the 9th inning is fully completed, all relevant markets resolve to a Fair Price. The resolution depends exclusively on 9th-inning performance, regardless of whether the home team gets to bat in the bottom of the inning, unless the inning remains incomplete due to an early game cancellation.
