These markets focus on whether specific pitchers will record a minimum number of outs in a professional baseball game between Cleveland and Chicago. The outcome depends on the pitchers' performance if they start the game, with special conditions applying if they do not start or are scratched.
The markets resolve based on whether designated pitchers record a specified number of outs in the specified game, contingent upon their role as starting pitchers. If either pitcher is scratched or does not start, the market resolves at fair market price. If a pitcher enters the game in relief without starting, the market also resolves at fair market price, and relief appearances do not count toward the required outs. Only if a pitcher starts and throws at least one pitch will the market settle based on the number of outs they record during their appearance.
