The event tracks individual player performance in a specific baseball game, focusing on achieving certain hit thresholds. Each market centers around a different player's ability to reach a designated number of hits during the match. Outcomes depend strictly on the player's actual performance in the game, subject to defined participation conditions.
Each market resolves based on whether the specified player records the exact number of hits or more during the game. If a player is scratched, not in the starting lineup, or fails to make a plate appearance, the market resolves at the fair market price. Pinch-hit at-bats are excluded from hit counts. Markets only settle if the player appears in the starting lineup and records at least one plate appearance; otherwise, they resolve to the fair market price. All markets are independent, with resolution contingent solely on the player's hit performance under these conditions.
