Description

This market focuses on determining which team will score more runs specifically in the bottom of the ninth inning of an upcoming baseball game. It captures the excitement and potential momentum shifts that can occur in the final inning, providing a precise way to evaluate performance under late-game pressure.

Kalshi

The market resolves based solely on the number of runs each team scores during the 9th inning of the specified Cincinnati vs San Francisco professional baseball game. If Cincinnati scores more runs in the 9th inning, its corresponding market resolves to Yes. If San Francisco scores more runs in the same inning, its market resolves to Yes. If both teams score an equal number of runs in the 9th inning, the tie market resolves to Yes. Should the game be called before the 9th inning is completed, all relevant markets resolve to a Fair Price. The resolution depends exclusively on 9th-inning performance, regardless of whether the home team bats in the bottom of the inning, unless the inning is incomplete due to an early game cancellation.
