This market focuses on the performance of a specific pitcher in an upcoming baseball game between two teams. It tracks the number of hits allowed by the pitcher during his starting appearance. The outcome depends solely on whether the pitcher allows a certain threshold of hits while starting the game.
The official rules for these markets collectively govern the resolution based on the hits allowed by Parker Messick when starting the specified baseball game. If Messick is not the starting pitcher, or if he is scratched from the starting rotation, all markets resolve at the fair market price. Relief appearances do not count toward any market resolution. For any market to resolve based on performance, Messick must face at least one batter as the starting pitcher. Each market has a specific threshold of hits allowed (ranging from 2 to 6 or more) that determines a 'Yes' outcome. The markets are independent of official league affiliations, and all trademarks remain property of their respective owners.
