Description

This market tracks which team will score more points in a specific quarter of an upcoming basketball game between Chicago and Toronto. It focuses solely on performance during the third quarter, regardless of the overall game outcome. The resolution depends entirely on the points scored in that quarter, with special provisions for game postponements or cancellations.

Kalshi

The market resolves based on which team scores more points during the third quarter of the designated Chicago vs. Toronto professional basketball game. If Chicago scores more points in the third quarter, its market resolves to Yes; if Toronto scores more, its market resolves to Yes. If both teams score an equal number of points in the third quarter, the Tie market resolves to Yes. For postponements occurring within 48 hours of the original start time, the market remains active and resolves based on the eventual third-quarter result. If the game is cancelled or fails to start within 48 hours of its scheduled time, all markets resolve to a fair price. Points from other quarters do not affect the outcome. Kalshi explicitly states it is not affiliated with the governing league, and all trademarks remain property of their respective owners.
