PredictionHero - Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA)

Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)

Both Polymarket and Predict utilize identical resolution criteria, focusing on the first goal scored within the standard 90-minute match duration plus stoppage time, with the same fallback resolution sources.Primary resolution logic: Official match statistics as recognized by the governing body or event organizers, with tiered fallback to Flashscore, Sofascore, and credible reporting.

Core resolution logic:

  • The first goal scored within the first 90 minutes of regular play plus stoppage time determines the winner.
  • If no goal is scored within the first 90 minutes plus stoppage time, the market resolves to "Neither".
  • Postponed matches will remain open until completed.
  • Canceled matches with no makeup game resolve to "Neither".

Edge cases & clarifications:

  • Data Availability: If official statistics are unavailable within 2 hours of the match's conclusion, Flashscore data will be used. If Flashscore is unavailable, Sofascore will be used. If neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting will be used. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours, the market resolves 50-50 (or to "Draw" where applicable).
  • Score Revisions: Revisions to officially declared final scores made *after* market resolution will not be considered.
Timing: Resolution will occur as soon as official match statistics are available, with a maximum delay of 24 hours after the match's conclusion, potentially resolving to a 50-50 split if data remains unavailable. Our PredictionHero Resolution Divergence Alerts (RDA) are there to help users identify potential differences across platforms. They do not replace or supersede the official rules and description of any prediction market. Users are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the applicable rules and resolution criteria before placing any trade or bet. If you notice a potential inconsistency, discrepancy, or error in an alert, please report it to our team so we can review and improve the accuracy of our data.
