On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism, where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the likelihood of each outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, and the implied probability rises. Conversely, selling pressure lowers the price and reduces the implied probability. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market reflects the most up-to-date collective assessment of the event's outcome.
This market resolves around Oct 17, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result of the Cherevko vs. Tuzhylin match, as reported by recognized sports authorities. The platform will verify the result against these sources to determine the winning outcome and distribute payouts to shareholders accordingly. Traders should monitor official sources for the final result to understand how this market will be settled.
Several factors could influence the price of this market before resolution. Any news regarding the players’ form, injuries, or changes in their training regimes could significantly shift trader sentiment. Unexpected announcements about match conditions or venue changes might also play a role. Furthermore, public opinion and analysis from sports commentators could impact trading activity. Major upsets in related matches or tournaments could also indirectly affect the perceived probabilities, leading to shifts in the market price. Monitoring these signals is key to understanding potential price movements.
