On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in the outcome. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome occurring. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, and the implied probability rises. Conversely, selling pressure decreases the price and probability. This dynamic pricing ensures that the market reflects the collective intelligence of all participants, providing a forward-looking assessment of the match’s potential result.
This market resolves around Oct 25, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. Resolution will depend on the official result of the Chepurnyi vs. Dukhovenko match, as determined by the governing sports organization. The market will then reflect which outcome – a win for Chepurnyi Artem or a win for Dukhovenko Oleksandr – actually occurred. Traders holding shares in the winning outcome will receive a payout equivalent to 1 minus the trading fee, while shares in the losing outcome will be worth zero.
Several factors could influence this market before Oct 25, 2026. Any news regarding player injuries, changes in coaching strategies, or unexpected performance in preceding matches could shift trader sentiment. Publicly available analysis from sports commentators and experts might also impact the market, especially if it challenges prevailing assumptions. Furthermore, significant betting activity – a large influx of volume on one particular outcome – could quickly adjust the odds. Monitoring these signals will be key to understanding potential price movements in this market.
