The event resolves based on the result of the first half of the specified professional soccer match. If Chelsea scores more goals than Manchester United by the end of the first half (including stoppage time), the 'Chelsea wins 1st Half' market resolves to Yes. If Manchester United scores more goals than Chelsea by that point, the 'Manchester United wins 1st Half' market resolves to Yes. If both teams score the same number of goals, or no goals are scored, the 'Tie 1st Half' market resolves to Yes. Should the match be cancelled or rescheduled to more than 48 hours beyond the original date, the market will resolve at a fair price as determined by the platform. The outcome is strictly determined by first-half performance, with no consideration given to the full match result or later events.
