Frequently asked questions

Generally, prediction market odds often reflect the wisdom of the crowd, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set lines based on their own models and aim to profit, while this market represents the collective belief of informed traders. Discrepancies can arise due to differing information, biases, or risk assessments. If you find a significant difference between the odds on Limitless and those offered by sportsbooks, it might indicate an opportunity for value betting, assuming you have a strong conviction about the true probability of both teams scoring. It’s always wise to compare and contrast before making any decisions.

On Limitless, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell contracts representing the outcome of Chelsea and Tottenham both to score. The price of these contracts fluctuates based on supply and demand, reflecting the collective belief of traders regarding the probability of the event occurring. On Limitless, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. Several factors could influence the price of this market before Oct 25, 2026. Key injuries to star players on either Chelsea or Tottenham, particularly forwards, would likely have a significant impact. Team news regarding starting lineups and tactical approaches can also shift expectations. Unexpected changes in form for either team, or even adverse weather conditions that might affect the style of play, could also move the market. Furthermore, any significant news regarding team morale or internal conflicts could influence trader sentiment and alter the odds. Monitoring these signals will be crucial for understanding potential price movements.
