This set of markets tracks various scoring thresholds for the first half of a college football game between Charlotte and North Texas. Each threshold represents a different point total that, if exceeded by both teams combined, determines the outcome of that specific market.
All markets resolve based on the total points scored by both teams during the first half of the Charlotte vs North Texas college football game scheduled for October 10, 2026. For each market, if the combined score exceeds the specified threshold (e.g., 2.5, 6.5, 9.5 points, etc.), the market resolves to 'Yes'; otherwise, it resolves to 'No'. Only points scored in the first half count. If the game is postponed but starts within 48 hours of the original time, the market remains open and resolves based on the final result. If the game does not start within 48 hours, the market resolves to a fair price. Kalshi is not affiliated with the NCAA, and all trademarks remain property of their respective owners.
Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, potentially differing from those set by sportsbooks. Sportsbooks establish initial lines to balance betting action, while this market’s pricing is driven by individuals willing to buy or sell based on their own assessments. It's common to see discrepancies, especially before significant events or when new information emerges. Examining these differences can reveal insights into public perception versus expert analysis regarding the likely outcome of the first half total.

Several factors could influence the price movement of this market before resolution. Any news regarding key player injuries for either Charlotte or North Texas would likely have a significant impact. Changes in weather conditions, particularly if they affect scoring potential, could also shift the market. Furthermore, late-breaking analysis from sports analysts or unexpected betting patterns could cause price fluctuations. Overall team performance in recent games and any adjustments to coaching strategies might also contribute to shifts in trader sentiment and, consequently, the market price.
