In the upcoming Liga MX game between CF Cruz Azul and FC Juárez, scheduled for October 17, 2026 at 11:00 PM ET: This market will resolve based on the final score of the CF Cruz Azul vs. FC Juárez match originally scheduled for October 17, 2026 at 11:00 PM ET, considering only the result at the end of 90 minutes of regulation plus stoppage time; extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each possible exact score. The price of a share directly corresponds to the implied probability of that outcome. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders buy shares in a particular outcome, its price increases, and the implied probability rises. Conversely, selling shares decreases the price and probability. This dynamic process ensures that the market odds reflect the collective intelligence of all participants. The current price action indicates what traders believe is the most likely result of the match.
This market resolves around Oct 18, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the final score of the Cruz Azul vs. FC Juárez match is verifiable from credible public reporting. The resolution will be based on the official result declared by the Liga MX governing body. Any potential protests or appeals will be considered only if they lead to a change in the officially recorded score. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings based on the final, verified result of the match. This ensures a transparent and objective settlement process.
Several factors could influence the odds in this market before Oct 18, 2026. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either Cruz Azul or FC Juárez would likely cause significant shifts. Changes in team form, such as a surprising win or loss in a preceding match, could also impact trader sentiment. Unexpected weather conditions on match day, or even tactical announcements from either manager, could also move the market. Finally, large volume trades from influential participants on Polymarket can quickly alter the probabilities, particularly if they signal new information or a change in outlook.
