If the match is postponed, the market will remain open until it is completed; if it is canceled with no make-up game, the market resolves to "0-0." The primary resolution source for this market is the official statistics of the event as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. However, if the governing body or event organizers have not published final match statistics within 2 hours after the event's conclusion, data from Flashscore may be used; if Flashscore data is unavailable, data from Sofascore may be used; if neither is available, a consensus of credible reporting may be used instead. All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Prediction market odds often reflect the collective wisdom of a diverse group of traders, potentially offering a different perspective than traditional sportsbooks. Sportsbooks set their lines based on statistical models and expert analysis, while this market aggregates the views of many individuals. It’s common to see discrepancies, especially before significant events or when new information emerges. Examining these differences can be insightful, as prediction markets sometimes identify information not fully priced into sportsbook lines. However, it’s important to remember that both represent probabilities and are subject to uncertainty.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing different exact scores. The price of each share reflects the market's current assessment of the probability of that outcome occurring. As more traders participate, the price adjusts to reflect the evolving consensus. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The market’s price is determined solely by supply and demand – if more people believe a particular score is likely, the price of shares representing that outcome will increase, and vice versa. This dynamic pricing ensures the market remains responsive to new information.
This market resolves around Oct 17, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final, official result of the CF Correcaminos UAT versus CSD Dorados Sinaloa match, specifically the exact score, will determine the winning outcome. The resolution will be based on the official match data released by the governing soccer league or a similarly authoritative source. Traders will then be able to claim their winnings based on the final result and their holdings in the market.
Several factors could influence the price of shares in this market. Any news regarding team injuries, suspensions, or changes in coaching staff could significantly shift expectations. Unexpected weather conditions on match day could also play a role, impacting the style of play and potential scoreline. Additionally, performance in recent matches, tactical adjustments, and even public sentiment expressed through social media or sports news outlets can all contribute to price movements. Major upsets in other related matches might also cause traders to reassess their probabilities for the Correcaminos vs Dorados match.
