Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism. Traders deposit funds and buy or sell shares representing their belief in the probability of each exact score. As more shares are traded, the price of each share adjusts to reflect the collective sentiment. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. The price movement is driven by supply and demand – if many traders believe a particular outcome is likely, they will buy shares, driving up the price, and vice versa. This creates a dynamic and real-time assessment of the event's potential outcomes.
This market resolves around Oct 25, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final result of the Cerro Largo vs. Boston River match, specifically the exact final score, will determine the winning outcome in this market.
