Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. Generally, prediction market odds, like those found on Polymarket, often reflect a more accurate aggregate forecast than traditional sportsbook odds. This is because prediction markets incentivize participants to reveal their true beliefs, leading to a 'wisdom of the crowd' effect. While sportsbooks may incorporate biases or margins for profit, this market allows traders to directly assess the probabilities of each exact score. However, sportsbook odds can still provide a useful benchmark for comparison, and discrepancies may indicate potential value in either market. It's important to consider both when forming your own assessment.
