Unified Resolution Criteria (Consistent across platforms)
Both Polymarket and Kalshi use identical resolution logic: the market resolves based on the official match outcome after 90 minutes plus stoppage time on April 23, 2026, with consistent handling of postponements and cancellations.
Primary resolution logic:
Official statistics from Liga 1 Peru (the governing body/event organizer), with fallback to consensus of credible reporting if official statistics are not published within 2 hours after match conclusion.
Core resolution logic:
Market resolves YES if CD Los Chankas wins the match after 90 minutes plus stoppage time.
Market resolves YES if CS Cienciano wins the match after 90 minutes plus stoppage time.
Market resolves YES if the match ends in a draw after 90 minutes plus stoppage time.
Exactly one of the three outcomes will occur and resolve YES; the other two resolve NO.
Resolution is based on regular play plus stoppage time only; extra time and penalties are excluded.
Edge cases & Clarifications:
Match Postponement: If the match is postponed, all markets remain open until the game is completed. Resolution occurs upon completion of the rescheduled match.
Match Cancellation: If the match is canceled entirely with no make-up game, the Los Chankas win market resolves NO, the Cienciano win market resolves NO, and the draw market resolves YES.
Resolution Source Timing: Primary resolution uses official Liga 1 Peru statistics. If official statistics are not published within 2 hours after match conclusion, a consensus of credible reporting sources may be used instead.
Timing:
Resolution occurs upon official announcement of the final match result by Liga 1 Peru after 90 minutes plus stoppage time on April 23, 2026.
