All markets will settle based on the official final result as recognized by the governing body or event organizers. Revisions to officially declared final scores made after market resolution will not be accounted for in determining the outcome. If no acceptable data is available within 24 hours of the event's conclusion, this market will resolve 50-50, or to "Draw" where applicable.

Typically, prediction market odds reflect the wisdom of the crowd and can differ from traditional sportsbook odds. Sportsbooks often set initial lines based on statistical models and expert analysis, but may also incorporate a profit margin. This market, however, is driven by individuals willing to put their capital behind their beliefs, potentially leading to more accurate predictions, especially as more information becomes available. Discrepancies can arise from differing opinions on team form, injuries, or even subjective factors not easily quantifiable by algorithms. It’s common to see prediction markets react more quickly to new information than sportsbooks.
On Polymarket, this market is priced through a continuous auction mechanism where traders buy and sell shares representing their belief in each possible exact score. The price of a share directly corresponds to the probability of that outcome occurring, as perceived by the market participants. On Polymarket, prices reflect that venue's order book, liquidity, and how traders price the outcome right now. As more traders participate and new information emerges, the prices adjust, reflecting the collective intelligence of the crowd. Currently, the most actively traded outcome is the 0-0 draw, indicating strong belief among traders that this will be the final score. The market’s efficiency is driven by the incentive for traders to accurately predict the outcome.
This market resolves around Nov 6, 2026, with the outcome confirmed once the event is verifiable from credible public reporting. The final score of the CD Castellón vs. SD Eibar match, as officially recorded by sporting authorities, will determine the winning outcome in this market. Traders who correctly predicted the exact score will be paid out according to the final probabilities established on Polymarket. Several factors could significantly shift the probabilities in this market. Any news regarding key player injuries or suspensions for either CD Castellón or SD Eibar would likely cause movement. Changes in team form, such as unexpected wins or losses in recent matches, could also influence trader sentiment. Weather conditions on match day, particularly if they are expected to be severe, might also play a role. Finally, any late-breaking news regarding team tactics or starting lineups could lead to adjustments in the odds as traders react to the new information before Nov 6, 2026.
