This market determines which team will lead after the first period of play in the Carolina vs Winnipeg NHL game. It reflects the ability of either team to establish early control in the match.

Kalshi

The market resolves based on which team wins the first period of the Carolina vs Winnipeg NHL game scheduled for Oct 17, 2026. If Winnipeg scores more goals than Carolina in the first period, its market resolves to Yes. If Carolina scores more, its market resolves to Yes. If the period ends in a tie, the tie market resolves to Yes. Only goals scored in the first period count. If the game is postponed but begins within 48 hours, the market stays open and resolves based on the official result. If the game is cancelled or not started within 48 hours, all markets resolve to a fair price.
