Description

This market focuses on determining which team will lead at the end of the third period of an NHL game between Carolina and St. Louis, excluding any overtime play. It provides a way to bet on the momentum and performance of each team during the final regulated period of the match.

Kalshi

The market resolves based on which team is leading at the end of the third period (excluding overtime) of the Carolina vs St. Louis NHL game scheduled for October 24, 2026. If St. Louis has more goals than Carolina at the end of the third period, the St. Louis market resolves to Yes. Conversely, if Carolina has more goals than St. Louis at that point, the Carolina market resolves to Yes. If the teams are tied at the end of the third period, the Tie market resolves to Yes. For all markets, only goals scored during the third period itself—excluding overtime—are counted toward determining the outcome. If the game is postponed but starts within 48 hours of its original scheduled time, the market remains active and resolves based on the official result. If the game is cancelled or does not start within 48 hours of the scheduled time, all markets resolve to a fair price.
